What is DMT?

DMT stands for Dimethyltryptamine, it is a drug that is considered to be a hallucinogenic that is very similar to that of LSD, and it just doesn’t last as long. A prime example of DMT is the aspect of ayahuasca that is the hallucinogenic. In retrospect, it is a powder that is white in color or off-white in color and it is highly sought after for its trippy purposes. The trip is known to last about a half hour, which is thirty minutes or so and it is supposed to very intense.

Some people consider taking DMT to be a spiritual journey and for those people who believe this need to prepare for it before that actual taking of the drug. Preparation such as this is well-known as a DMT ceremony and you can easily prepare for one of your own with just five steps that are simple and easy to do. With that being said these steps are more like tips and come in handy more so with the first journey than any other one.

  • The first step is to master the appropriate technique when taking the drug; it should be smoked and a bong works well but homemade devices are not as good as a vapor genie can be. Doing it the right way from the start is what leads to best experience that is mind blowing.
  • The second step is to prepare your mind; you have your materials prepared now you need to get yourself ready. Relax and clear your mind, don’t let there be bad or negative things on your mind, focus on the good and on what makes you so happy. Consider having an intention set beforehand, such as what you can do with that day, go hiking and be healthy, do chores and clean the house, etc.
  • The third step is to set up your mind the way you want it to be, have a space that is all your own and refer to it each and every time. Know that you should have a little space of your own created in reality as well such as snacks, drinks, music or TV, friends, games, etc.
  • The fourth step is to feed off all of the positive energy that you have, the more that there is than the better that the experience will be. Focus on gratitude and joy, let the little things in life mean the most and make you happy.
  • The fifth step is pretty much stick to the intentions that you created, and if need be adjust them as desired just continue to do good, think good and be good. Doing things, no matter what it is, is achieving something and to achieve something is to experience something that makes you feel good as a person.

In the end keep in mind that when going on this journey for the first time it is honestly better to do it by yourself and then once you have been on it, experienced it and learned from it you can do it the next time with friends around; making the experience that much more enjoyable and mind blowing.
